Job Title: Chief Creative Officer

  • Creative Vision & Leadership:

    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance.
  • Creative & Copy Strategy:
    • Translate client briefs into actionable, multi-platform campaigns.
    • Oversee concept development to execution across digital, social, and video.
    • Conceptualize and guide video scripts, brand films, influencer-led campaigns, reels, and branded content series.
    • Own brand storytelling, messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice for multiple clients.
    • Provide constructive feedback to ensure originality, cohesiveness, and impact.
  • Social Media & Digital Growth:
    • Develop cutting-edge social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
    • Stay ahead of platform innovations, cultural trends, and new formats.
    • Demonstrate clear ROI to expand social media retainers.
    • Explore emerging digital formats to future-proof campaigns.
  • Client Leadership & Business Development:
    • Act as the senior creative representative in client meetings and business pitches.
    • Build strong, trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with strategy and account management to drive integrated solutions.
    • Contribute to new business opportunities, bringing creative insight and vision.
    Requirements

We are looking for an individual with 8+ years of experience in leading creative teams and delivering business impact through innovative marketing solutions.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating originality, craft, and business impact.
  • Proven success working with consumer brands across FMCG, lifestyle, tech, or B2B sectors.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
