Trak N Tell is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Developer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Developer who can work on the development life-cycle of a software project using C/C++ and Git. The ideal candidate should have experience in embedded software development on RTOS/Linux environment and be proficient in guiding a team of engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating SRS, High Level Design and Low Level Design documents, giving effort estimates based on Software Requirements, creating Test Case Suite, Test Plan and Test Reports, and working with junior team members to efficiently divide work among the team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with a complete development life-cycle of a software project
  • Proficiency in C/C++
  • Experience in embedded software development on RTOS/Linux environment
  • Experience in Git
  • Ability to guide a team of embedded software engineers

Good to Have

If you also have experience in Python/Rust/Go, Cellular/GPS/BLE domain, and are a critical thinker, it would be a definite plus.
