IT Security Strategist

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of security frameworks, protocols and industry standards. With 12.5 to 18 years of experience, this IT security strategist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of Client's information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain secure IT infrastructure architecture and systems that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of IT systems, processes, and controls to identify weaknesses and areas for improvement.
  • Assess risks associated with IT systems and identify potential threats to data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by implementing effective security measures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT controls and recommend enhancements or new controls.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for IT security enhancements.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on IT security best practices and ensure employee buy-in.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address IT-related risks and compliance issues, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

This is a critical role that requires expertise in security frameworks, protocols, and industry standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of Client's information systems.
