Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead multiple renovation and fitout projects for our major client. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the overall project execution cycle from design through procurement and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of the project team including designers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Preparation of master schedule, budget, and procurement strategy.
  • Coordination with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Identification and mitigation of risks and delays.
  • Management of contracts, cost, and quality control.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitality fit out projects.
  • Familiarity with international hotel brand standards.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and documentation management.
