Senior Security Architect

About the Role:

We seek an accomplished Senior Security Architect to spearhead our security initiatives, ensuring robust security posture and compliance with global standards. This strategic role involves developing and executing comprehensive security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a multi-layered security framework aligned with global best practices.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable standards.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure timely remediation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Communicate complex technical security concepts to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Prioritize and mitigate potential risks, recommending practical solutions to enhance our security posture.
  • Maintain accurate records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate and refine our security strategy to stay ahead of emerging threats and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical security concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Tech Skills:

  • Deep understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices (e.g., access control, network security, data encryption, incident response).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud services, and BPO operational models.
  • Knowledge of U.S. security standards and regulatory requirements.
