Customer Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:

The Customer Outreach Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and clients to promote our products and services, as well as respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make targeted outbound calls to introduce our services and products
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet or exceed daily call targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about company updates

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Higher Secondary or Secondary School education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed daily call targets

Working Conditions:
