About the Role:

">As an Aircraft Design Specialist, you will lead and contribute to the conceptual and detailed design of aircraft airframes and sub-systems. You will perform aerodynamic analysis and optimization of aircraft configurations, design structural components and assemblies using advanced composite and lightweight materials, and develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • ">Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.">
  • ">2–5 years of relevant experience in aircraft or UAV design (internship experience may be considered for junior roles).">
  • ">Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, or similar).">
  • ">Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and structural design.">
  • ">Experience with composite materials and aircraft fabrication techniques.">
  • ">Familiarity with rapid prototyping, 3D printing, and manufacturing processes.">
  • ">Hands-on experience with flight testing and aircraft system integration is a plus.">
  • ">Knowledge of FEA/CFD tools (ANSYS, XFOIL, Fluent, etc.) is desirable.">

Preferred Skills:

  • ">Experience designing VTOL, hybrid, or long-endurance aircraft platforms.">
  • ">Familiarity with autopilot systems (e.g., PX4, ArduPilot) and avionics integration is plus.">

  • ">Knowledge of electric propulsion systems and battery technologies.">
  • ">Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.">
