Job Summary

You will be a key member of our Data Analytics team, working with various data sets to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making and business optimization. Your responsibilities include data collection, analysis, interpretation, and visualization, as well as providing actionable recommendations to support business goals.

Data Collection & Preparation:
Gather data from various sources, clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Utilize Snowflake and Databricks for data storage, processing, and querying.

Data Analysis:
Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Use machine learning techniques for predictive modeling and other advanced analytics tasks.

Data Visualization:
Create clear and meaningful data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI effectively communicate insights.

Reporting & Dashboards:
Develop regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide insights to support their objectives.

Documentation:
Document analytical processes, findings, and methodologies for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Problem Solving:
Use data to identify opportunities for business improvements and provide recommendations for process optimization.

Continuous Learning:
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics, including Snowflake and machine learning techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis languages (e.g., Python, R) and data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Hands-on experience using Snowflake for data storage, querying, and processing
- Experience with machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and adherence to data governance best practices
