Lead AI Research and Development

We are seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead our technical direction and own the AI roadmap.

This role involves combining deep research expertise with production-grade ML systems at scale. You will partner across engineering, product, and research to deliver transformative AI solutions.

  • Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art ML systems for search, recommendations, generative AI, reinforcement learning, and large language models.
  • Define and drive the technical roadmap and architecture for end-to-end AI systems within the organization.
  • Research and adapt large language models to build agentic AI systems for sales professionals.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business strategy and maximize impact.

As the leader of AI initiatives, you will set the technical direction, own the AI roadmap, and lead projects that push boundaries in enterprise AI.
