Quality Assurance is a crucial aspect of Identity and Access Management.

The IAM Quality Analyst will work on the Continuous Improvements initiative to stabilize and enhance the existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment. This role involves ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management through collaboration with the CI Project team and other technical resources.

This position requires designing and executing test cases for SIT and UAT, functional changes, and ensuring products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations. The successful candidate will:

  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies
  • Evaluate product performance against established security controls and industry benchmarks
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify business/technical requirements for changes and deployments
  • Provide regular updates at team meetings and calls
  • Capture and record accurate test results in JIRA

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, experience with Identity and Access Management suites or access provisioning tools, familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases, and knowledge of Java programming and SQL. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work in a demanding environment by prioritizing tasks and escalating/communicating issues as required.

  • Familiarity with a range of computing platforms, operating systems, and databases

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
