Telehealth Consultation Doctor

CareMeez is dedicated to providing accessible and affordable healthcare solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Telehealth Consultation Doctor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in delivering high-quality medical care through remote consultations, using advanced video conferencing tools and secure digital prescribing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough tele-consultations with patients, utilizing real-time communication tools to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Review patient histories, assess health concerns, and offer personalized advice while maintaining the highest standards of medical ethics and confidentiality.
  • Issue secure digital prescriptions via the CareMeez system, ensuring seamless communication with patients and medical staff.
  • Manage per-minute consultations, scheduled calls, and chat-based advice, prioritizing patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum MBBS qualification with postgraduate specialization (MD/DM/DNB) preferred, and be registered with a relevant medical council.
  • Possess a strong track record of delivering quality patient care, with a minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in using teleconsultation tools.
