We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization as a Twilio Flex specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, deploying, and managing telephony, call center, and AI technologies across the enterprise.
About the Role:- Develop robust and scalable Telephony, Call Center, and AI solutions using cutting-edge methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize telephony IVR, ACD & Dialer systems, processes, and staff.
- Leverage expertise in Contact Center technologies (Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio, and Flex), BrightPattern, WFM systems) to drive business growth.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, specifically in applications development and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in ReactJS, HTML/CSS, and AI-driven technologies.
- Familiarity with Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, and CUCM is a plus.
