Job Title: Technical Consultant Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Consultant Intern. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing daily and weekly reporting activities, generating detailed technical reports, reviewing reports, and conducting in-depth analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely updates to the Manager on daily and weekly reporting activities
  • Generate detailed technical reports on candidates and conduct in-depth report analysis
  • Review reports, discuss findings with the panel, and provide constructive feedback for improvements
  • Handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet all assigned deadlines

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with at least two technical projects involving diverse tech stacks

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively

Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, debugging, and incident management skills
