Job Title: Advanced Signal Design Engineer

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Advanced Signal Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

About the Position:

  • Design and develop cutting-edge mixed-signal circuits for high-reliability defense systems, emphasizing signal integrity and power integrity.
  • Collaborate with FPGA, DSP, and RF teams on pioneering system development, focusing on ADCs/DACs, high-speed interfaces, and mixed-signal integration.
  • Drive innovation in radar, electronic warfare, and secure communication systems by leveraging expertise in analog and digital design.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary defense projects that require strong problem-solving skills and effective collaboration.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–8 years' experience in advanced signal design (analog + digital) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong background in signal analysis, including EMI/EMC, power integrity, and signal integrity analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB/simulation tools (Altium, Cadence, Virtuoso, ADS, LTSpice, etc.) and familiarity with industry-standard design flows.
  • Experience with defense/aerospace standards (DO-254, MIL-STD, ITAR preferred) and ability to work effectively within these frameworks.
