Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to drive growth and success in our Home Loans division. Key responsibilities include expanding the customer base, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new Home loan customers in targeted segments and generate referrals from specified areas
  • Grow the asset under management base for home loan lending solutions and ensure overall revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets are met
  • Work closely with the product team to offer best-in-class solutions to funding or multi-funding requirements
  • Develop strategic plans for region and ensure recruitment and training of required personnel
Additional Expectations:
  • Meet business targets, including fee income and cross-selling initiatives
  • Monitor and mentor team members, creating career paths and opportunities for growth
  • Stay abreast of market developments and report findings to upstream stakeholders
Managerial Accountabilities:
  • Identify high-potential business areas and execute penetration strategies
  • Track and improve branch profitability and portfolio quality
