Job Title:

Image Processing and Computer Vision Team Lead

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced Team Leader to oversee the development of innovative solutions in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning. This role requires a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of researchers and engineers working on AI-powered innovations.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture within the team.
Research & Development:
  • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.
  • Translate business/clinical/industrial needs into AI-based solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data management, annotation strategies, and synthetic data generation.
