Senior Developer Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Produce high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that run synchronously with systems.
  • Develop architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met.
  • Analyze large data sets to drive improvements in software applications and systems.
  • Identify hidden patterns in data to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
  • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Web Services, and experience in building event-driven Micro Services and Kafka streaming.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with finance domain, particularly United States Banking & Payments industry.
  • Knowledge and working experience on Card Network Payment, Fraud, Settlement.
  • Development experience of Java Micro services application on AWS/Public cloud platform.
