Senior Technical Project Lead

Lead technical project execution with high complexity and intensity across all market segments. Key responsibilities include managing customer technical interfaces, reviewing information from ITO, identifying customer requirements, and ensuring understanding of technical customer needs.

Responsibilities also include leading internal design activities, reviews, and technical decisions, coordinating design reviews and project review processes, attending customer meetings, and developing action plans to address issues or problems.

This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical, aeronautic, or chemical, and minimum 12+ years of experience as a System Engineer, Lead Design Engineer, or Project Engineer in an Oil & Gas environment.

Desired characteristics include relevant experience in managing multiple projects with high technical complexity, ability to plan, lead, and interact with main O&G/industrial customers, knowledge of Oil & Gas products, API's, ASME, Hazop, Model reviews, Design reviews, FMEA methodology, and main Technical Regulation & Standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, be accountable and responsible, analytical and problem-solving oriented, fluent in English, and possess a valid passport for international travel.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical, aeronautic, or chemical.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in an Oil & Gas environment as a System Engineer, Lead Design Engineer, or Project Engineer.

Additional desired characteristics include:

  • Relevant experience in managing multiple projects with high technical complexity.
