About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Radiology Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing industry expertise and delivering our Clinical Support Solutions (CSS) to our clients. Your primary focus will be to establish a radiology center of excellence, driving workflow efficiency and improved outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Operational and Training leaders to understand current radiology workflows and develop a plan for radiology center of excellence
  • Provide solutions and drive implementation to achieve workflow efficiency and improved outcomes
  • Develop and share knowledge with trainers to support clinical workforce training on radiology systems and workflows
  • Support the development of SOPs and Rulebooks for virtual radiologist assistant services
  • Closely collaborate with Client radiologists to devise industry-unique workflows that improve client financial and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Radiology, Medical Technology, or similar)
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Healthcare Management, or related field) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on radiology
  • Proven leadership experience in managing clinical support services or similar operational roles
