Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process from raw materials to finished goods.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
- Supervise a team of workers and provide guidance on production processes, health and safety procedures, and report writing.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, production schedules, and quality control metrics.
- Work closely with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in formulating new products and improving existing ones.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
