Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing complex machine learning models to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models using Python, R, SQL, and popular machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
  • Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
  • Develop end-to-end AI pipelines and integrate models into production systems using APIs or deployment frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Docker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, domain experts, and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Monitor model performance using metrics such as RMSE, F1 score, and ROC AUC, and prepare technical documentation and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, machine learning frameworks, deep learning frameworks, data manipulation and visualization tools, and model deployment tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and MLOps tools.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data processing using Spark or Dask is a plus.
  • Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is highly desirable.
