QA Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across AI and GenAI projects.

The ideal candidate should bring:

  • Strong expertise in QA methodologies
  • Solid understanding of insurance processes
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI solution testing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading QA activities across multiple AI/GenAI projects
  • Defining end-to-end test strategy, plans, and documentation standards
  • Coordinating with engineering and product teams for quality deliverables
  • Overseeing testing of GenAI model behavior and validating business relevance
  • Mentoring and supporting QA engineers
  • Tracking and reporting quality metrics, defect trends, and improvements
  • Ensuring QA alignment with agile delivery timelines

Required skills include:

  • Experienced QA professional
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI solution testing
  • Proficiency with automation tools
  • Good knowledge of API testing and automated regression
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments
