Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to lead advanced analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from problem definition through model deployment.
  • Build, evaluate, and deploy predictive models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to integrate business intelligence solutions.
  • Work with large, complex datasets using modern data tools (e.g., Spark, SQL).
  • Translate complex analytical results into actionable insights and present them to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, predictive modeling, or applied statistics roles.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or R; proficiency in SQL.
  • Deep understanding of statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, etc.
  • Familiarity with data processing tools like Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent.
  • Experience deploying models into production environments (APIs, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines).
