About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our enterprise-wide security strategy across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving system hardening, secure configuration, and AWS security policies (IAM, SCP, GuardDuty, logging) to ensure the highest levels of security and compliance.

  • Lead security operations across systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Drive system hardening and secure configuration across Linux/Windows environments.
  • Architect and enforce AWS security policies.
  • Present actionable risk insights and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and embed security practices into the software development and testing lifecycle.
  • Manage rapid compliance and audit preparation.
  • Ensure fast turnaround times on InfoSec requests and escalations.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordination of certifications and GRC audits under short timelines.
  2. Hands-on guidance of user access control, data governance, and identity lifecycle management.
Requirements
  • 8–12 years in security leadership and system administration.
  • Deep AWS/cloud security proficiency.
  • Proven communicator with executive presence and reporting fluency.
  • Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications: CISSP, CISM,CISA,AWS Security Specialty, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
