Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Manager of Legal Affairs. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and management to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the digital media/publishing industry and a sound understanding of the applicable regulatory framework. A law degree from a Tier 1 law school is preferred.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and agreements
  • Providing expert advice on IT laws, privacy laws, and other regulatory matters
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent academic credentials, including a law degree
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in the digital media/publishing industry
  • Sound knowledge of IT laws, privacy laws, and contract drafting/negotiation/management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in time management and prioritization
