Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing regular preventive maintenance activities on various systems, including electrical panels, DG sets, HVAC units, and plumbing systems. They will also diagnose and repair faults in electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing lines, as well as ensure daily checklist and log sheet entries are completed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and ability to read technical drawings and OM manuals
  • Knowledge of tools, instruments, and maintenance techniques
  • Familiarity with BMS systems is a plus

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide quick fixes
  • Maintain and update records of maintenance checklists, PM schedules, and asset register
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized services and AMC works

Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Understanding of MEP systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and OM manuals
  • Knowledge of tools, instruments, and maintenance techniques
  • Familiarity with BMS systems is a plus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
