Apprentice Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Apprentice Maintenance Technician.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utilities, HVAC, and water systems.
- To maintain compliance with cGMP, QMS, and safety regulations while carrying out maintenance activities.
- To adhere to ALCOA+ principles when documenting maintenance records, calibration, and logbooks.
- To support equipment qualification, validation, and calibration as per schedule.
- To promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and participation in EHS programs.
- To monitor service floor activities and utilities to ensure uninterrupted services.
- To promptly report repeated breakdowns, deviations, and unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- To contribute to energy conservation projects, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- To manage inventory and requisition spares/materials as needed.
- To maintain regulatory compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
