Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and motion graphics, with the ability to create intuitive interfaces and engaging visual campaigns.

About the Role

  • Create player-facing interfaces that focus on clarity, usability, and conversion.
  • Design animations and motion assets for banners, promotions, and landing pages.
  • Develop 2D/3D assets, including lightweight web animations (Lottie/SVG) and high-quality 3D renders (Blender, Cinema4D).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams for seamless integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design and motion design (3–5 years).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Competence in 3D tools (Blender or Cinema4D).
  • Understanding of responsive, performance-aware design.
  • Ability to deliver web-optimised animations and assets.
