About the Project:

The Open Source Software Defined Vehicles (SDVs) project aims to develop an open-source core stack for embedded high-performance Electronic Control Units (ECUs).

  • Over 4 years of experience in embedded software development, with a strong focus on C and Linux/QNX platforms.
  • Familiarity with POSIX-based operating systems, particularly Linux or QNX, and expertise in latest C++ standards.
  • Experience with Rust is a plus, as well as knowledge of Bazel builds.
  • Strong background in embedded software development and hardware-software architecture, with a focus on serial use under Linux/QNX.
  • Excellent team and communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.
  • Business-fluent English language skills, with German as a plus.
  • Familiarity with MISRA standards for safe and secure coding is an advantage.
  • Contribution to open-source projects is highly valued.
