Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data migration specialists to ensure necessary skills, resources, and support for effective data migration projects.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and client-focused work environment.
  • Develop comprehensive data mapping and transformation plans aligning data from other intellectual property solutions with company software solution data models.
  • Evaluate and ensure accurate mapping of IP-related data elements maintaining integrity and consistency during migration.
  • Analyze data structures, formats, and schemas from other intellectual property solutions devising effective migration strategies.
  • Design, architect, and build automation systems mapping, transforming, and migrating data from legacy systems to company software solutions.
  • Develop automation processes, workflows, and scripts automating repetitive tasks streamlining the data migration process.
  • Utilize expertise in intellectual property domains understanding nuances of IP data including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related legal entities.
  • Collaborate with legal and subject matter experts ensuring accurate interpretation and migration of IP-related data across systems.
  • Work closely with technical teams integrating automation systems into data migration workflows ensuring seamless execution and integration with existing systems.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience leading data migration projects in software implementation contexts.
  • Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, technologies, database management systems, and data integration platforms.
  • Experience in intellectual property domains or related industries is highly desirable.
