FI-CA Application Support Professional

This role focuses on supporting the SAP IS-U FI-CA application by providing resolutions to incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all related incidents and issues are appropriately recorded and reviewed during weekly status meetings to ensure timely resolution.
- Interact with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements, coordinate with offshore consortium, and ensure project delivery timelines.
- Design and implementation of complex requirements related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements.
- Resource planning and estimating developments, ensuring execution as per planning.
- Coordinate work with Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team and define objectives and development plan.
- Continuously improve and automate business processes, track issues, and document changes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of work experience.
- Experience in SAP FI-CA module, including debugging.
- Experience in FI-CA configuration of Main/Sub, Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Instalment plans, Returns, Refund Process, Write-offs.
- Should have in-depth experience in support activities (incidents, service requests, and enhancements).
- Experience in customer-facing projects.
- Should be able to mine new opportunities and design/build a custom function module with medium complexity program logic.
- Capability of finding automation opportunities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, leadership, and teambuilding skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to research and resolve issues.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- English language skills required (min B2 level).
- German language skills is an added advantage.
