AI Platform Team - Senior Staff Software Engineer

You will collaborate with state-of-the-art AI models, frameworks, and tools, playing a pivotal part in shaping how people and businesses engage with and benefit from AI in the future.

Responsibilities
  1. Apply advanced GenAI techniques, including large language models (LLMs) and Agentic AI, to address complex challenges across the organization.
  2. Lead project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, utilizing technical expertise.
  3. Write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to meet critical product and business needs.
  4. Design scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
  5. Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption.
  6. Debug complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and ease of operation.
  7. Review and ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams.
  8. Develop pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors and streamline workflows.
Requirements
  1. At least 15 years of experience in software engineering.
  2. Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture.
  3. Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code meeting customer needs.
  4. Deep knowledge of high-quality code and software engineering processes, with the ability to foster an environment promoting them.
  5. Strong technical skills in system design and coding.
  6. Passion for building an open financial system uniting the world.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a preference for open and transparent cultural practices.
