The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure compliance with internal controls, company, customer, and vendor requirements, as well as government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing and vendor/customer relationships
- Implementing controls and procedures for accurate payables and receivables management
- Ensuring integrity and accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable agings
- Overseeing month-end closing activities and reporting for A/R and A/P
- Preparing weekly payment schedules and cash flow requirements
- Tracking export transactions and highlighting financial health to management
- Providing MIS, financial analysis, and reporting to top management
Requirements:
- CA/CMA certification
- 8-14 years of experience in finance, accounting, and cost control principles
- Strong analytical and business sense, able to motivate teams and handle multi-tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, self-driven, and able to work under pressure
Preferred Experience: Garments manufacturing/Apparel/Textile/Other manufacturing sectors/FMCG industry.
We offer an estimated salary of ₹18,00,000 per annum based on your experience and qualifications. The actual salary may vary depending on individual performance and company policies.
