Job Opportunity: UI Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creatively driven designer with a strong sense of visual storytelling and user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Interface Design
  • Create visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, layout, typography, and design language across all digital touchpoints.

User Experience Design

  • Conduct research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and interaction flows to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.

Visual Design

  • Design dynamic creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Maintain a strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail in all design outputs.

Ai-Enhanced Creativity

  • Explore AI tools like MidJourney, ChatGPT, and Runway to enhance design workflows.
  • Develop visual references, idea mockups, and accelerate prototyping using AI-assisted tools.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in UI/UX design and visual communication.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • A portfolio that reflects strong design sensibility and diverse work across platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools or a willingness to learn and explore.
