Visual Branding Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Visual Branding Specialist to elevate our brand's visual identity. As a key member of our team, you'll conceptualise and deliver high-quality designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in graphic design or a related field, with experience working on diverse projects across digital and print channels. Strong skills in creative concept development, design execution, and project management are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual elements across touchpoints.
  • Create captivating visual assets for landing pages, email templates, and social media campaigns.
  • Design marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, posters, banners) aligning with brand aesthetics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative techniques into our designs.

Preferred Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field with a proven track record working on complex projects.
  • Experience in creating blog illustrations and featured images.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure innovative designs.
