Marketing Designer Job Description

As a Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling stories across various digital and print channels. Your key responsibilities will include designing website content, social media ads, blog graphics, email templates, and print materials while ensuring brand consistency.

  • Design engaging landing pages, banners, on-site creatives, social media posts, ad creatives, infographics, headers, email templates, and print materials that meet our brand standards.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaign concepts and visual identities that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work and experience with video editing and animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or Canva.
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
