Job Description

The Quality Coordinator is a critical member of our team, responsible for the maintenance, control and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Business Management System (BMS).

They assist in the development of QMS/BMS related matters, liaise with colleagues across the business and cross-reference all documentation pertaining to QMS/BMS.

  1. Maintain and manage the BMS SharePoint site.
  2. Update and maintain files, logs including Master Document List (MDL).
  3. Revise and/or create documents in the management system as required.
  4. Exhibit a professional and confident manner.
  5. Serve as the point of contact for all document creation and/or revision.
  6. Perform administrative support of the QMS/BMS.
  7. Obtain required approvals/signatures as needed for plans/procedures and documentation.
  8. Manage the documentation creation/revision requests and system.
  9. E nsure quality control of documents and records are maintained in accordance with approved quality procedures.
  10. Ensure electronic distribution of the management system when required.
  11. Verify and confirm the QMS status for the business.
  12. Behave in a way that is consistent with our values - honesty and integrity.
  13. Display a positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  14. Support the team in document and report formatting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proficiency in O365 Applications including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Team, Outlook.

2. 2 years experience in SharePoint 2010/2013 or above.

3. Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint 2010/2013.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Effective time management.
