Lead Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data quality efforts, working on a variety of complex projects. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, as well as technical expertise in data warehousing and ETL.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality data solutions.">
  • Designing and implementing effective test plans and cases for data validation and quality assurance.">
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective testing scenarios.">
  • Identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues, providing recommendations for improvements.">
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical direction and knowledge sharing.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 6+ years of experience in ETL/DWH testing, with at least 2+ years working on Snowflake.">
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Migrations, and ETL workflows.">
  • Proficiency in SQL with ability to write complex queries for data validation and analysis.">
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalent).">
  • Strong knowledge of data quality, data governance, and reconciliation testing.">
  • Experience with test automation for DWH/ETL projects is an advantage.">
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.">
  • Experience in a lead role – mentoring team members, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality delivery.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or IT or related field.">
  • ISTQB examinations.">
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in CI/CD environments.">
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.">
  • Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for automation.">
