We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an HSE Officer.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe execution of projects by promoting a safety-first culture across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct orientation sessions for workers to ensure they understand safety protocols
  • Implement HSE plans, welfare plans, emergency response procedures, and site-specific HSE procedures
  • Ensure practical experience in implementing SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment)
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in HSE in any industry, with at least 1 year experience in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects/operations/production in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma required; NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certificate essential
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
  • Awareness of practical H2S control measures and ability to conduct HSE inspections
  • Incident reporting and investigation procedures implementation
