The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solutions to ensure machine learning models placed into production are reliable and efficient, including for real-time and streaming applications. This includes conducting data curation and refinement, continuously monitoring deployed models, identifying issues, detecting data drift, and providing automation capabilities within model workflows using ML orchestration tools and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Engineering: Develop standardized data inputs for model development, ensuring reproducibility of models by supporting versioning of both data and code.
  • Model Deployment: Conduct UAT of new or changing data sources and impact on machine learning pipelines, perform data feature audits to assess impact and prevent data leakage.
  • Automation: Provide automation capabilities within model workflows using ML orchestration tools and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • 3-6 industry experience with at least 1-2 years relevant experience working with production machine learning pipelines.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
