Financial Recovery Specialist

The primary role of a Debt Collections Professional is to engage with individuals who are experiencing difficulties in meeting their financial obligations.
Responsibilities include:
- Audit and process compliance to ensure all procedures are followed correctly;
- Data record maintenance, accessing various utilities to update approve cases of settlement letters and agency staff details etc.
- Brief knowledge of MS-office XLS Word, awareness of KYC documents required for background checks.
- Disciplined and eager to learn more about debt collection strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of workflow processes and identifying gap anomalies;
- Knowledge of MS-office applications including Excel and Word;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
