Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team as a Senior/Assistant Principal Pipeline Engineer.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering design, with a strong focus on hydraulic calculations and analysis. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that meet client specifications and industry standards.

This is a full-time, permanent role within the Production, Manufacturing & Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out civil engineering design tasks such as hydraulic calculations and analysis
  • Develop detailed designs for water and wastewater networks
  • Prepare and review tenders and specifications
  • Ensure designers adhere to contract duties
  • Perform required design activities associated with project life-cycle
  • Review and prepare various reports and project documentation
  • Ensure quality control processes are followed
  • Standardise workflows based on project requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree or equivalent
  • Postgraduate degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering desirable
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in water/wastewater pipelines and networks
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards achieving it desirable
  • Good knowledge of design process and engineering principles
  • Experience in multidisciplinary projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
