HVAC Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
• Work closely with other employees to achieve the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction.
• Carry out and complete all maintenance works and requests according to the established schedule, ensuring high-quality finishing work and attention to guest-related jobs.
• Operate assigned machines and equipment to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations.
• Handle fuel deliveries, inspect and maintain AHUs, and attend to guest air conditioning requests in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas, protect surroundings, and maintain effective energy conservation measures.
• Perform emergency procedures and ensure fire, life, and safety systems are operational.
• Report any abnormal conditions and assist other technicians as needed.

Requirements:

• Support the implementation of The People Philosophy, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics.
• Attend and contribute to all training sessions and meetings as required.
• Exercise responsible behavior and positively represent the hotel team and Hyatt International.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners, and other organizations.
• Read and understand the hotel's Employee Handbook and adhere to its rules and regulations.
• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
