Cloud Infrastructure Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled cloud infrastructure manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in AWS management, with expertise in provisioning and managing Amazon Connect instances, monitoring and logging performance and activity metrics using CloudWatch, and managing user permissions and access control using IAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain cloud provisioning using AWS Management Console
  • Monitor and log performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch
  • Manage user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Integrate microservices using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions
  • Build conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex and handle backend integration and fulfillment logic using AWS Lambda
  • Analyze customer conversations using AWS Contact Lens and process data in real-time using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and AWS Lambda

Secondary Skills:

  • Knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, and NICE
  • Familiarity with Oracle Acme SBC Gateway and Avaya CTI Services

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in AWS administration
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure management and security
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services, including CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda, and S3
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
