Medical Representative Job Opportunity


Our organization is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products/medical devices to healthcare professionals in the Nashik region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, providing them with accurate and up-to-date information about our offerings, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective territory management plans to maximize coverage and achieve sales goals within the Nashik region.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Nashik through regular visits, presentations, and discussions.
  • Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate usage of our pharmaceutical products/medical devices, utilizing scientific data and marketing materials.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and market share objectives within the Nashik territory.
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of our products, therapeutic areas, and relevant clinical data, as well as competitor products and market trends in Nashik.

Requirements:
  • 0 - 1 Years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and the local market in Nashik.
