Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with PWM teams to support clients in achieving their financial goals.
- Facilitate initial onboarding of client relationships and subsequent account maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy standards.
- Participate in ongoing monitoring of client relationships, including the rolling review of clients and accounts, to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Review and understand policy requirements, internally source documentation, prepare client reach-out requests for PWM teams to review and liaise with broader PWM teams to fully close out cases.
- Ensure clients and accounts remain compliant with regulatory requirements and the latest internal policy standards.
Requirements
- Four-year degree or higher in Management, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- In-depth understanding of processes and procedures for client onboarding, account maintenance, and account funding.
- Aquaintance with different financial instruments, such as stocks, options, fixed income and debt.
- Prior experience in wealth management operations or investment process implementation is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships with clients.
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service, with a proven track record of cross-training, task-sharing and mutually supportive teamwork.
