We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing and performing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables to confirm quality conformance to specifications.

This role involves suggesting solutions to identified deliverable problems, collaborating with production teams and developing or updating inspection procedures to ensure that we're moving with the trend.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute and perform inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing deliverables
  • Suggest solutions to identified deliverable problems
  • Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting and reporting quality levels
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfaction
  • Develop or update inspection procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Monitor risk-management procedures and maintain problem logs to identify recurring issues
  • Collect quality data by maintaining records and tracking systems
  • Document quality assurance activities through internal reporting and audits
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects to develop new standards for production and design
