Responsibilities
  1. Good understanding of contracts and their interpretations.
  2. Oversee lease administration, manage all key lease dates, communicate all lease obligations internally, and manage correspondence with landlords.
  3. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Real Estate teams to manage existing portfolio needs, review lease extensions, renewal options, and rent reductions, modify and extend tenant termination options, and amend agreements for additional tenant allowance.
  4. After lease execution, actively manage and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure all necessary documents and payments are sent to and received by the landlord and sent to the respective internal parties.
  5. Preparation of monthly journal entries.
  6. Identifying balancing items and its clearance.
  7. Internal and External Audit.
  8. SOX Compliance and adherence to internal control.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Excel Knowledge, Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros.
