A Day in the Life

• Providing expert legal guidance to various business units and functions on complex issues.

• Interpreting laws and regulations, and advising on their applicability to drive business growth.

• Developing and implementing internal governance policies, ensuring compliance and risk management.

• Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and external counsel.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents to protect our company's interests.

• Reviewing tender documents and advertisement materials from a legal perspective.

• Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations, and recommending updates to internal policies and procedures.

• Conducting training and developing internal guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications

• LLB or Master's degree, with 6-9 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house counsel or practicing lawyer.

• Experience in the Pharma or Medical Device industry is highly desirable.

• High professional ethics and integrity, with sound judgment and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and team skills.
