Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate Quality Assurance Lead. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about data quality and testing.

This role involves leading and supporting testing efforts for ETL processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Migrations with a strong focus on Snowflake. You will design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for data validation and quality assurance.

You will review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Additionally, you will perform data analysis, reconciliation, and validation between source and target systems.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in ETL/ DWH testing, with at least 2+ years working on Snowflake. They should have a strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Migrations, and ETL workflows. Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data validation and analysis is also essential.

Beyond these core skills, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with test automation for DWH/ETL projects and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be a key player in driving Quality Engineering practices over quality control activities. They will stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
